One accountable path

From operating problem to maintained production capability.

The stages are not separate products. Together they form the work required to make one AI-enabled event operation real, adopted and maintainable.

Map the first production perimeter

The production path is the offer.

Each stage produces evidence and responsibility for the next. Expansion happens only when the operating system earns it.

01

Design

Define the result, users, system boundary, data, responsibilities, controls, economics and acceptance criteria.

Outputs: operating perimeter, system design, ownership map and acceptance plan.

When deeper access or analysis is required before a responsible build proposal, Compsia may recommend a paid blueprint. The agreed fee is credited if the recommended build proceeds within the proposal validity period.

02

Build

Create the agents, automations, integrations, interfaces and operating rules required by the approved design.

Outputs: implemented components, tested data/action paths and deployment plan.

03

Accept + launch

Test expected work, ambiguity, access boundaries and failure in the real environment. Establish fallback, train users and obtain acceptance for the defined path.

Outputs: acceptance evidence, release record, user capability and go-live decision.

04

Operate

Monitor quality, use, cost and incidents. Maintain integrations, support users and improve the system within the agreed boundary.

Outputs: operating scorecard, incident/change record and regular review.

05

Expand—or stop

Add another result or system boundary only when operating evidence and economics justify it. Retire components that no longer earn their place.

Delivery timing follows the production perimeter.

The approved perimeter, data access, controls, acceptance work and rollout determine the delivery plan.

DECISION 01

What must be true?

Access, authority, owners and the economic consequence must be explicit enough to design responsibly.

DECISION 02

What could fail?

Expected, ambiguous and failure scenarios are part of acceptance—not an afterthought after showtime.

DECISION 03

Who owns reality?

Users, approvers, administrators, intervention paths and business ownership remain visible.

DECISION 04

What earns expansion?

Use, quality, cost, incidents, adoption and the operating measure that justified the system.

Commercial decisions follow delivery responsibility.

Event Compsia does not publish a universal price or timeline because access, integrations, controls, acceptance and service responsibility change the work materially.

01

How is the build priced?

As a scoped installation with explicit deliverables, dependencies, milestones and production acceptance. The proposal states what is included, excluded and customer-supplied.

02

When is a paid blueprint used?

Only when deeper access or design is necessary before a responsible build quote. When stated in the proposal, its fee is credited if the recommended build proceeds within the validity period.

03

What continues after launch?

Recurring managed operation for the agreed path: monitoring, maintenance, support, incident response, review and controlled improvement. Skybridge access is included within contracted limits.

04

What does the customer own?

Executive sponsorship, an accountable operating owner, timely access and decisions, qualified users, source-system authority, acceptance participation and the business change around the system.

05

How long does delivery take?

The agreed perimeter, dependency readiness, test depth and rollout determine timing. The fit call identifies what must be learned before a credible plan can be proposed.

Bring one operation—not an agent shopping list.

We will determine whether a bounded production system is credible and which owners need to participate.
